To Activate Heat Pack: 1. Flex metal disc back and forth inside heat pack until crystals form. 2. Knead crystals inside heat pack to soften during activation process. 3. Apply heat pack to desired area. How to Reuse: 1. Carefully place the hardened heat pack into a pot of boiling water. 2. Boil in rolling water for 10 - 12 minutes until all crystals are gone. 3. Let the heat pack cool to room temperature before using again. Please read all instructions and warnings before use. Additional warnings are enclosed in the package insert. To reduce the risk of burns, fire and personal injury, this product must be used in accordance with the use instructions and warnings.

Do not use in microwave, never allow pot to boil dry. Never leave heat pack unattended when boiling. Do not use or boil if vinyl punctured. Keep away from children and pets. Heat pack can reach up to 129 degrees F. Always test on a small area of skin before applying in full. This product can cause burns. Check skin frequently during use. If you find irritation or a burn, remove product immediately. Do not wear while sleeping. Ask a doctor if you have: Poor circulation or heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant. When Using this Product: Test heat pack on small area of skin prior to prolonged use. Check skin frequently for signs of burns or blisters - if found discontinue use immediately. If product feels too hot on skin - stop use or apply over clothing. Do not place excessive pressure, a tight waistband or belt over the product. Do not use for more than 30 minutes at a time. Do Not Use: With rubs, medicated lotions, creams or ointments, on unhealthy, damaged or broken skin, on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours without consulting a doctor, on people who are unable to follow all use instructions, on areas of body that don’t feel heat, with other forms of heat, on people unable to remove product, including children, pets and some elderly. Stop Use and Ask a Doctor: If you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin that persist where the heat pack is worn, if after 7 days your pain gets worse or remains unchanged, as this may be a sign of a more serious condition. Additional Warnings: Do not activate heat pack if vinyl is punctured. Do not attempt to reset heat pack if vinyl is punctured. Never attempt to heat product in microwave. Do not ingest contents of heat pack. If contents come in contact with your skin or eyes, rinse right away with water. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
