Bake & Crisp: 1 inch thick boneless or bone-in pork chop. 1. Moisten 2 lb of pork with lightly beaten egg, shake off excess. 2. Empty coating package onto plate. Coat meat on all sides by pressing firmly into mixture. 3. Place coated pork on oiled baking pan and spray lightly with more oil. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes. Do not turn. Please Note: Zatarain's Bake & Crisp has been preseasoned, do not add salt and pepper. Refrigerate after opening.
