Keep frozen until ready to use Do not freeze. Cooking Instructions: Oven or Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 425 F. Arrange frozen scallops in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or unit golden brown. Skillet; In a skillet, heat half an inch of cooking oil at medium heat for 1 minute. Fry frozen scallops for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes, turning frequently until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper before serving. Deep Fry: Fry frozen scallops at 350 F for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on Absorbent paper before serving. Cooking time may vary . Do not overcook.
