Refrigerate after opening. Chili Con Carne (Yield: 8 Servings): Brown 2 lbs ground beef in large skillet. Drain well. Blend in Chili Makin's. Simmer 15 minutes. Salt to taste. For Saucier Chili: Add 1/2 - 3/4 cup tomato juice or water. Microwave: Crumble 2 lbs ground beef in 2 qt bowl or casserole. Microwave on High (100%) power for 4 minutes. Stir. Continue cooking on High 4 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Drain fat. Stir in Chili Makin's. Cover loosely with wax paper. Microwave on High (100%) 6 to 8 minutes stirring every 2 minutes. Salt to taste. Serve. Chili Con Carne with Beans: Add 1 can drained red, kidney or pinto beans.
