Preparation instructions: 1. Blend 2 scoops (57g) (makes about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix! 2. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300 degrees F griddle. 3. Cook pancakes 1-1 1/2 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning only once. 4-Inch pancakes - 5-7. Mix - 4 scoops. Water - 2/3 cup. 4-Inch pancakes - 12-14. Mix - 8 scoops. Water - 1 1/3 cup. 4-Inch pancakes - 18-21. Mix - 12 scoops. Water - 2 cups. Additional pancake suggestions (mix into batter) - 1/2 cup strawberries. Calories* - 23.
