Keep refrigerated. Cooking Instructions: Skillet: Preheat lightly oiled pan to medium-high. Cook chicken, turning occasionally, for 18-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170°F. Uncover the last 2 minutes of cooking. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place breasts in lightly oiled shallow roasting pan and season. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170°F. Grill or Broll: Brush breasts lightly with oil and season. Grill or broil 6 to 8 inches from heat source 10 to 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170°F, turning 2-3 times.
