Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (Including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Cook sausage until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Sausage should be well browned and no longer pink inside. Microwave preparation is not recommended. Stovetop: Cook frozen sausage patties in skillet over medium heat for 12 to 16 minutes, turning frequently to brown evenly. Broil: Place frozen patties on broiler pan rack. Broil 4 to 5 inches below heat for 10 to 15 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Bake: Place frozen patties in shallow baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 18 to 20 minutes. Keep frozen.
