Directions

Cooking Instructions: For every 1 cup of rice, use two cups of water and prepare as follows: In a saucepan with a tight fitting lid, bring salted water and 1 tbsp. butter (optional) to a boil. Add Arborio rice and stir while boiling for one minute. Cover, reduce heat to low and cook undisturbed for 18-22 minutes. Fluff and serve.
