Directions

You will need. 1 lb sweet potatoes. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Wash potatoes and peel if desired. Pat the potatoes dry. Cut into 1/4" to 1/2" thick fries or wedges. 3. In medium size bowl, add potatoes and olive oil. Stir to evenly coat. Add contents of seasoning packet and stir. 4. Spread potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crisp, turning half way through cooking times. Chef suggests: Peel and chop 1 lb butternut squash. Put in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes or until tender. Put cooked squash in large bowl. Add 2 tbsp butter and contents of seasoning pack. Mash the squash and stir to evenly incorporate butter and seasoning. Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
