Remove plant from sleeve and place in a sunny location. Water when soil is dry, daily or as needed. Snip leaves from top as needed for cooking. Make chimichurri: Place 1 oz. fresh parsley, 1 oz. fresh cilantro, 1 oz. fresh oregano, 3-4 garlic cloves peeled, 1/2 cup red wine vinegar, 2 tblsp. Chili flakes, 1 cup olive oil, 1 lemon juiced and 1 tblsp. Kosher salt in blender and blend until smooth. Herb alfredo sauce: Transforming the taste of jarred Alfredo sauce is as easy as adding fresh parsley, chives, basil and oregano. Serve over pasta with grated parmesan cheese for a quick meal.
