Directions

Ready to cook. Keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place pork filet in shallow roasting pan (line pan with foil for easy cleanup). 3. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes, uncover and continue to bake for 5-10 minutes (internal temperature in the thickest part of the filet should be 160 degrees F). 4. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
