Keep Frozen. Stand up steam bag microwave cooking directions: 1. Stand bag upright in microwave oven. Do not puncture bag. 2. Microwave on high for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes. Microwave ovens will vary in power. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate and may tip over. Special vents in the bag will allow the steam to escape while cooking. If steam does not escape and bag has not deflated, additional cooking time may be necessary. Avoid overcooking. 3. Allow bag to stand for 1 minute before opening. Carefully handle bag at top corners. Caution: Contents are very hot after cooking. 4. Tear the top of the bag open by pulling from the tear here tab. 5. Pour contents into bowl and season to taste. Stove Top Cooking Directions: 1. Place desired amount of frozen sweet corn in a small amount (1/2 to 1 cup) of boiling water. 2. Bring the water rapidly to a second boil. Cover pan and reduce heat. 3. Cook gently for 5 to 8 minutes or until tender. Avoid overcooking. Microwave Cooking Directions: 1. Place frozen contents of bag in a microwave safe dish with a good fitting cover. 2. Add 2 tablespoons water, cover and cook on high for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes. 3. Let stand covered for 2 minutes after cooking. Season to taste. Microwave cooking times vary among individual ovens - avoid overcooking.
