Cooking instructions: Microwave: 1100 watt microwave on high (700 watt microwave on high). Remove: tray from outer carton; poke holes in center of film with a fork. Cook: on high for 7 minutes. (For 700 watt microwave cook on high for 10 minutes). Let stand: in microwave 1-2 minutes. Savor: when removing from microwave, hold onto the tray's side handles and enjoy! Conventional oven: Preheat: conventional oven to 350 degrees F. Remove: tray from outer carton and remove film. Put in oven: place on baking sheet in the center rack of the oven. Bake: for 55 minutes. Remove: remove baking sheet from oven. Cool for 3 minutes. Savor: handle carefully as paperboard tray will be extremely hot. Enjoy! Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
