Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Skillet: Preheat skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease pan and cook burgers 7 - 9 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Broil: Preheat broiler. Place burgers on a lightly greased broiler pan about 4 inches from heat. Broil burgers 7 - 8 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly spray or brush both sides of burgers with oil and place on grill rack. Cook for about 7 - 8 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Poultry should always be cooked to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
