Directions
Fried mush: Slice to the desired thickness of 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch and dust with flour. Fry in skillet over low heat using shortening or butter. Serve with syrup and butter same as waffles or pancakes. Mush Neapolitan: Slice to desired thickness. Lay slices in a shallow pan and cover with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in 350 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Keep refrigerated do not freeze.
