Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: For frozen patties: Pan /stove top: Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a small saute pan cook frozen patty on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Grill: Place frozen patty on grill and heat for 5 minutes on each side. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen patty on cookie sheet. Bake for 5 minutes. Flip and bake another 5 minutes. Toaster/toaster oven: Toast frozen patty on medium-low setting for 1 to 2 cycles. Toasters vary, use with caution. Microwave: Not recommended.
