Directions

1) Rub the pork with the Smoky BBQ Slow Cooker Spice Blend; transfer to the slow cooker. Tip: Put your pork shoulder in a gallon size resealable bag, add the spices, seal the bag and rub spice blend to coat the meat. 2) Add the cider vinegar to the pork directly in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW: 8-10 hours or HIGH: 5 hours. Tip: It's tempting to open the lid to your slow cooker but don't do it! Each time you lift the lid you'll add to your cooking time. 3) Shred the pork in the slow cooker using 2 forks. Tip: Using two large forks start in the center of the roast and shred the meat into bite-sized pieces. 4) Mix the remaining ingredients for the dipping sauce. Serve in a bowl and spoon over your pulled pork as desired. Tip: The rub has a nice smoky flavor, so take a quick taste before adding the dipping sauce. Hands On: 5 Minutes. Cook Time: 5 or 10 Hours.
