How: Spread rolls with mustard. Layer bottoms of rolls generously with ham, pickles, pork and cheese to taste. Close sandwiches. Preheat 12-inch skillet lightly coated with vegetable oil over medium-low heat. Grill sandwiches 4 to 5 minutes per side, compressing sandwiches with a heavy skillet, until golden brown and cheese melts. Let sandwiches cool for a couple of minutes before cutting into halves at an angle. Serve and enjoy
