Fully cooked. Keep frozen. Always follow heating instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. Microwave heating instructions: Directions were developed using an 1100-watt microwave oven. Ovens vary. Heat times may need to be adjusted. Prepare from frozen: 1. Remove frittata(s) from wrapper. Place on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Microwave on high as follows: Wattage of microwave - 1100 watts - 700 watts. Heat time: 1 frittata - 50-60 seconds - 60-80 seconds. Heat time: 2 frittatas - 1 minute 40 seconds -1 minute 50 seconds - 2 minutes -2 minutes 20 seconds. 3. Let stand 1 minute, before serving. Caution: product will be hot. Enjoy!
