Directions: (1) Separate the white top from the yellow bottom with a twisting motion. (2) Prepare natural bait in the base. Insert 1 or 2 small pieces of raw meat, fish, or cat food. Then pour in any fruit 'me (apple cider, pineapple, tomato) I up to the bottom ring of the trap. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar. (3) Replace the top and attach securely to the yellow bottom. (4) Hang the trap with the provided string. motion. When and Where To Use Trap: In early spring, at first sight of yellow jackets or wasps, place trap out to catch the fertile queen thus preventing the formation of an entire nest. Use the trap again and again until cool months. Perfect for campgrounds, backyards, picnic areas, barbecue areas, pool areas, decks and more. Cleaning and Emptying Trap: (a) When no fruit juice remains. it is time to clean the trap. (b) Important: Before removing the top, immerse & fill the trap with hot water to ensure all insects are drowned and none are moving. (c) Separate the bottom from the top with a twisting motion. Contents may be emptied into the toilet emptied into the garden as hanker or into a plastic bag and then into the garbage. (d) Rinse trap with hot water, drain, reassemble and re-bait as needed.
