Directions

Add soup dumplings to your favorite soups or stews by adding a bag to your finished soup in the last 30 minutes of cooking. To serve the soup dumplings as a side dish: Bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil. Add soup dumplings, reduce to a low boil. Stir occasionally. Boil for 8 to 10 minutes, you will know when the dumplings are fully cooked when they rise to the top. Drain and serve with butter and herbs or your favorite sauce. Add to your soups, stews, or with your favorite pasta sauce. Keep frozen.
