To Prepare: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease Pan: Rinse: Rinse 4 medium peeled or unpeeled potatoes (1-1/4 pounds). Cut into 1 inch cubes. Place potatoes in shaker bag provided and empty seasoning mix into bag. Shake: Shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes onto greased pan in single layer. Bake: Bake 30-35 minutes until potatoes are tender. Do not turn potatoes during baking. Suggestion: Makes delicious seasoned French fries that kids will love. Just cut potatoes into French fry strips and bake about 25-30 minutes or until tender.
