Directions

Adults and children 6 years of age and older (with adult supervision). Children under 6 years of age, consult a doctor. Use at the first sign of cold congestion. Use as often as needed. 1. Hold bottle with thumb at base and nozzle between first and second fingers. Before first use, press and release spray nozzle until a fine mist is produced. 2. Without tilting your head, place tip of nozzle just past nasal opening (approximately 1/8"). Pump 2 times in each nostril. 3. Wipe nozzle with soapy water after use and replace protective cap.
