Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Thawing and Cooking Guide: Thawing: Thaw in sealed package under cold water for 60 minutes or until thawed. Skillet (From Thawed - Preferred): Heat a skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or until hot Remove chicken from pouch and lightly coat skillet with non-stick cooking spray and place the contents of one parch in the skillet Cook covered 4 minutes and flip. Cover again. Cook an additional 4 minutes until largest pieces reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Oven (From Thawed- Preferred): Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, remove chicken from pouch and place the contents of 2 pouches on a foil lined baking sheet lightly coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 13 minutes until largest piece reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Grill (From Thawed- Preferred): Spray grill with cooking spray. Prepare grill so heat is medium-hot (If using charcoal grill, test temperature by holding your hand 6 inches above the grill rack. The fire is medium-hot if you can comfortably hold your hand for 4 to 6 seconds). Remove chicken from pouch. Grill tenderloins until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
