Cooking Instructions: 1. Stir-Fried: Soak the rice stick in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes (Soak in cold water will take longer), remove the soaked rice stick and set on the side. Stir-fry meat, seafood and vegetable with seasoning first and then adding on soaked rice stick. Stir-fry until well blended. Served with tomato sauce, chili sauce or master as preference. 2. Fried: Fry the rice stick in 375 degrees F heat oil (no need to soak). Until rice stick floats. It is also a delicious dish if added with shredded meat, mushrooms, etc. 3. Soup: Boil the rice stick in flavoured soup for a few and add condiments before being served. Storage Method: To be sored in cool and dry place.
