Chicken Breader Mix: Directions For Pan Or Deep Frying: 1. Preheat oil to 325 degrees. 2. Moisten Chicken. 3. Roll Chicken in Breader Mix. 4. Drop Chicken in hot oil. 5. Cook until Golden Brown. Low-Fat Baked Chicken: Place desired amount of Abbitt’s chicken breader in a mixing bowl. Mix with water until batter is loose. Dip boneless, skinless chicken breast into batter, coat well. Lightly coat pan with cooking spray and place chicken in pan not touching. Place pan into preheated 350 degree oven. Cook 20 minutes, turn and cook additional 20 minutes. Larger portions may take 25 minutes on each side. Abbitt's chicken breader also delicious on cube steak, pork chops, and vegetables. To open, twist top and lift the wire ring off.
