Shake well before using Sauce for Char Sui. For each pound of pork spare ribs, use 5 tablespoons of Sauce for Char Sui. Cut ribs in 2 or 3 inch strips. Marinate ribs with sauce. Soak for 15 minutes or more (up to an hour). Place ribs on rack of roasting pan or rotisserie for 1 hour and 15 min. at 330 degrees F. Baste ribs. Turn ribs over occasionally when placed in oven. To prepare Chinese Roast Pork (Sweet Pork): same as above, except use boneless pork and cut lengthwise 1 in x 2 in x 7 in strips. Rotisserie or oven temperature at 330 degrees F, for 1 hour and 30 min. Keep in cool place.
