To Use: Cleanse the body and apply body oil or moisturizer to help the Gua Sha Massage Body Tool glide along the surface of the skin. Securely grip by slipping fingers through the hollowed out handle, and gently apply pressure using the curved side to glide in long, smooth strokes along the body. This massaging motion will help to ease muscle tension and stimulate the circulation of blood. For lymphatic drainage to purify and detoxify, massage towards the heart. For best results, use regularly. To maintain good hygiene, please make sure to clean the tool with warm water and a gentle soap after each use. After wiping off any excess water, please store in a cool, dry area. Note: Due to friction during use, there maybe some redness. This is normal. Please give 48 hrs or more for skin to recover.
