Directions

You will need: 1 Stick (1/2 Cup ) Butter Margarine or Spread,* Softened (Not Melted). *Spread should have at least 65% vegetable oil. To soften butter, let butter stand at room temperature for 1-2 hours, or microwave for 10-15 seconds or until softened.1. Heat oven to 400°F (or 375°F for nonstick cookie sheet). 2. Stir Cookie Mix, and softened butter in a medium bowl until well blended. 3. Shape dough into 15 balls (about 1 tablespoon each). Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. 4. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until set but not brown. Remove from cookie sheet; cool about 3 minutes. 5. Empty Powdered Sugar into small bowl. Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar; cool completely. Roll in powdered sugar again.
