Directions: Conventional Oven Chicken. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Moisten chicken with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with Seasoned Coating Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in Seasoned Coating Mix on plate. 4. Spray tops of breaded chicken pieces with cooking spray. 5. Bake chicken in ungreased or foil-lined baking pan until cooked through. Bone-in: Bake 45 minutes. Boneless: Bake 20 minutes. Tenders: Bake 10-15 minutes. Conventional Oven Pork: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Moisten pork with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with Seasoned Coating Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in Seasoned Coating Mix on plate. 4. Spray tops of breaded pork pieces with cooking spray. 5. Bake pork in ungreased or foil-lined baking pan until cooked through. Bone-in: Bake 15-22 minutes. Boneless: Bake 13-20 minutes.
