Suggested Cooking Instructions: Instructions below are designed for the recommended serving size, depending on the number of portions prepared and heating temperature variances, heating times may need adjustment. Remove product from packaging. Avoid overcooking. When baking or air frying, cook to a light golden brown. Turning cakes over during cooking is not recommended. Bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray or coat pan with oil. Place cakes on pan and place pan on rack in middle of oven. From Frozen: for 10 minutes. Cooking from thawed is not recommended. Air Fryer: Spray basket with oil and place cakes in basket. Set air fryer to 350 degrees F. From Frozen: for 6 - 8 minutes. Cooking from thawed is not recommended. Microwave (1100-Watt): Remove crab cakes from carton and bag. Place crab cakes on a microwave safe dish. From Frozen: On high for 1-1-1/2 minutes. Let crab cakes stand for 1 minute before serving. Cooking from thawed is not recommended. Caution: Pan and Product Will Be Hot: When preparing our crab cake minis, we hand-inspect all crab meat to remove particles of shell. Despite our close inspection, small particles may occasionally be missed, and it may be possible to find some pieces of shell. Keep frozen.
