Cleaning Instructions: Cleaning your firearm regularly will prevent the buildup of powder, lead and copper fouling, which can greatly reduce accuracy and damage the bore of your gun. Cleaning [Tip. Use a gun cleaning mot to catch debris]: Be sure your firearm is unloaded. If needed refer to your firearm owner's manual for disassembly instructions. Bore1. Assemble cleaning rod, 2 inches component adapter and 8-32 to 5-16/27 thread adapter 2. Assemble the two jag pieces with the felt disk in the middle. Push a patch over the pierce point. Be sure to pierce the center of the patch (make sure patch is not too snug in barrel - trim to fit if needed). Saturate with Shooter's Choice FP-10 Lubricant Elite and push through barrel. 3. Attach bore brush and run through barrel several times to loosen caked fouling. 4. Reattach jag with clean saturated patch. 5. Finish by pushing a dry patch though bore to remove remaining solvent. Receiver/Action - Clean receiver and action parts with an All Purpose Brush and Shooter's Choice FP-10 Lubricant Elite to remove powder fouling, dirt and surface rust. Lubricating: Apply a thin layer of Shooter's Choice FP-10 Lubricant Elite to all moving parts to provide lubrication. Protecting: Apply Shooter's Choice FP-10 Lubricant Elite to all metal surfaces to provide protection against corrosion. Use saturated mop to coat the entire length of barrel.
