Directions
For honey BBQ hot wings: split 12-15 chicken wings at each joint and discard tips. Pat dry. Deep fry at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy. Dip wings in sauce to coat. Serve with blue cheese dip. To bake: place in roasting pan at 425 degrees for 1/2 hour. Baste with sauce, turn pieces and bake for additional 1/2 hour. Refrigerate after opening.
