For food safety and quality, follow the Cooking Directions: Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160°F as measured by an instant-read food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove-Top Directions: Heat 2 tablespoons water to boiling in 1-quart saucepan. Add peas. Cover; cook over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Microwave Directions: Important: Do not microwave in bag. Pour peas and 1 tablespoon water into 1-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until thoroughly cooked. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully; stir well. Drain. Microwave Wattage* ... Time on high: 1200 ... 3 1/2 minutes. 1000 ... 4 minutes. 700 ... 5 minutes. *Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended.
