Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep frozen until use. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Cook to 160 degrees F. Patties are raw and should be cooked from frozen. Patties should cooked thoroughly. The juices should run clear and the patties should not be pink. Beef patties should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F, as measured by a meat thermometer. Grill: 1. Pre-heat grill to medium (350 degrees F). 2. Grill patties for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through grill time. Pan Fry: 1. Pre-heat skillet over medium heat (325 degrees F). 2. Fry patty for 13-14 minutes, flipping every 3-4 minutes. Tip from chef! Consider adding pimiento cheese spread, smoked bacon and stone ground mustard on a sesame seed bun or biscuit. Keep frozen.
