1. No refrigeration needed, and it activates instantly. 2. Recommended to help relieve pain and swelling. 3. Fast-acting, cold compress is ideal for first aid and sports injuries. 4. Convenient and ready whenever. 5 Disposable - Do not freeze or reuse. Cold Therapy: Use cold for sprains, strains, bruises, and other injuries. To help relieve pain and swelling: rest, apply ice, compression, and elevate (standard R.I.C.E. therapy initial care). Refer to detailed instructions on product for proper use. Wrap or cover Cold Pack before applying to skin. Cold Therapy Medical Device: FSA eligible. Easy to Apply: 1. Break it. Hold away from body and squeeze sides together to break inner bag. 2. Mix it. Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds to mix. 3. Wrap it. Wrap or cover pack with protective material. 4. Apply it. Apply to injured area 5. Time it. Alternating application: 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off. Note: If rash develops or pain persists, discontinue use and consult your physician.
