Important instructions hinge placement: A. Note that pocket labels are just inside the pockets. B. Use pocket 1 if your knee measures 12-16 in (30.5-40.6 cm). C. Use pocket 2 if your knee measures 16-20 in (40.6-50.8 cm). D. Flex hinge into a V shape. E. Insert hinge ends into the side pockets. F. Repeat this process fo both hinges. G. Adjust as needed (so hinge is centered with knee on side of leg). 1. Adjust position of side hinges (see above). 2. Align over knee, logo above kneecap. 3. Fasten bottom section. 4. Fasten top section. Product Care: Remove hinges before washing. Hand wash cold. Do not bleach. Line dry air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener. Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
