Easy To Apply: 1. Slide loop onto foot on silicone is facing towards your ankle. 2. Wrap the strap behind the ankle with silicone against the skin or sock. 3. Wrap the strap over and then under the foot. 4. Continue wrapping around the front of the ankle, secure tab. Adjust to desired compression level. Do not over tighten the strap. Product Care: Hand wash, cold. Do not beach. Line dry air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.
