Easy to Apply: 1. Release main body straps. 2. With light grey channel at top of foot, insert foot through both main body loops, so heel is exposed between upper and lower body. 3. Adjust lower body to position light grey strap under ball of foot. 4. Secure main body straps around ankle (top strap left, bottom strap right). 5. Release secondary strap. 6. Position foot at 90 degree angle. 7. Pull secondary strap to tighten crisscross strap and hold foot at stretched position, secure to main body. Keeping grey strap that runs along bottom of brace under the ball of foot helps to obtain the best stretch. Product Care: Hand wash, cold. Do not bleach. Line dry air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.
