Directions for Use: To stabilize cream and butter sauces, use the following chart as a guideline. To replace 1 quart (4 cups) of Heavy Cream - Replace with 2 cups Culinary Cream and 2 cups skim milk. To replace 1 quart (4 cups) of Half & Half - Replace with 1 cup Clinary Cream and 3 cups skim milk. To Replace 1 quart (4 cups) of Reduced Heavy Cream - Replace with 1 quart Culinary Cream. To replace 1 pound of Butter - Replace with 8 oz. Culinary Cream and 8 oz. butter. Keep refrigerated - do not freeze. Must refrigerate below 40 degrees F. Perishable.
