Cooking Instructions: Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Use enough oil to fully cover the Catalina Croquettes. Fry the Croquettes for 5 minutes. Let product set for 2 minutes. Minimum internal temperature reached should be 158 degrees F. Do not fry more than 4 at a time. Keep frozen.
