Directions: 1. Use the funnel provided to make filling balloons easy! 2. Insert small end of funnel into balloon. 3. Hold the large end of the funnel tightly over faucet opening and add water slowly, until balloon is about 1 3/4 inches in size. Do not overfill. Tie off end of balloon after filling. 4. Repeat until several balloons have been filled and start tossing!
