Directions

Microwave Instructions: 1) In a microwave safe bowl, pour in 2 cups of water, 1 tbsp of Iberia Olive Oil and 1 cup of Iberia's yellow rice. 2) Cover and cook for 3 minutes on high (100%) power, then cook at med (50%) power for 17 minutes. 3) Let stand for 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. (Be Very Cautious: Contents will be hot). 4) Fluff with a fork and serve. Stovetop Instructions: 1) In a medium sauce pan, bring 2 cups of water, 1 tbsp. of Iberia olive oil to a boil over medium-high heat. 2) Stir in 1 cup of Iberia yellow rice, stirring constantly for 1 minute. 3) Reduce heat to low, cover tightly, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until all water is absorbed. 4) Fluff with a fork and serve. (Caution: Contents will be hot).
