Directions

Keep refrigerated. Cooking directions: Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes per lb. or to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Broil: 1. Slice 1/2" to 3/4" thick pieces and broil on medium high for 20-25 minutes. 2. Turn after 10-12 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
