Directions

Vinaigrette: 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 cup Vinegar in a bowl, whisk in entire pack. Drizzle on salad or veggies. Marinade: Use the above recipe, clean chicken or pork place in a zip bag 1 hour or overnight with vinaigrette or combine dry ingredients with 16 oz Greek Yogurt. Place in zip bag & shmear. Use as a dry rub for all meat or stir fry meat & veggies. Pizza Burgers: Mix dry mix to 1.5lb meat. Italian Beef: 2-2.5lb roast. 2 packs Italian dressing mix. 1 container Unsalted beef broth. Rub roast with oil and rub in 1 entire pack dressing mix roast @ 350 until internal temp is 135-140 degrees. Let it rest cover with foil and refrigerate. When beef is cold, shave it against the grain in very thin slices. Gravy: Empty beef broth and 1 pack dressing mix into a crockpot or stock pot. Warm gravy until hot. Do not boil! You may add peppers and onions if desired along with the shaved meat. Serve or Italian rolls or open faced bread. Creamy Dressing: Entire contents into: 1 1/2 Cup any variety plain yogurt. 1/2 cup Mayonnaise. Best when refrigerated 1 hour or overnight. For thinner dressing add 1-2 tablespoons of milk at a time until desired thickness.
