Directions

Wash before using. Perishable keep refrigerated. Preparation: Trim ends; remove any loose or discolored leaves. Wash; cut large Brussels Sprouts in half or cut an "X" in the stem end. Oven-roast directions: 1. In a bowl, toss to coat 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, halved, in 2 t olive oil, 1/2 tsp pepper. 2. Place on a baking sheet. 3. Roast at 400F for 25-35 minutes or until nicely browned and tender. 4. Serve and enjoy.
