Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Place frozen chicken pieces on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Microwave: 1. Place frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on a microwave safe dish. 2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the product.
