(3) Place frozen quiche on baking sheet on middle rack in oven. (4) bake for 24 minutes. (5)l et stand 1 minute before serving. Microwave: Ready to delight. Microwave (1100 watt): (1) remove frozen quiche from plastic wrapping. Leave quiche on cardboard tray. (2) place tray in microwave. (3) cook on 100% power for 2 minutes and 30 seconds and then cook for an additional 1 minute and 30 seconds at 50%. (4) let stand 1 minute. Keep frozen.
