How To Use: 1. Press M button to set minutes and S button to set seconds. 2. Press Play/Stop button to start countdown. 3. The time can be paused and restarted by press pressing Play/Stop button. 4. The alarm beeps when time is up, silence the timer by pressing the Play/Stop button. The alarm will reset to the last programmed time. 5. Press M and S together to reset the time to 00:00. 6. To count up: When the display is at 00:00 press Play/Stop button to begin timing. Note: A plastic strip is used to prevent battery drain during shipping. Pull gently to remove before use. There is also a cling over the digital display, remove before use. Battery Replacement: Push the battery cover up towards the top of the timer to remove. Remove battery and replace with a new batter "plus" side up. Slide battery cover back into place. Cleaning and care: Hand wash only. Do not immerse in water or put in dishwasher.
