Heating Instructions: Microwave: Puncture film with work several times. Heat on high 4 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes and carefully peel off film. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove film. Cover tray with aluminum foil. Place in center of baking sheet on middle oven rack. Bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and let stand 1-2 minutes. Note: Ovens vary. Heat times may require adjustment. Keep frozen. Best by 02/06/22

Universally, every one of us picked enchiladas and chocolate cake even though our birthdays all fell within a two month period. We never tired of that wonderful combination of flavors: the mingling warm corn tortillas, melted cheese, a sprinkle of onion and finally, the savory chile sauce, still bubbling hot off the stove.
